Registered at the Mercantile Registry of A Coruña, under volume 3,551 of the General Archive, Section, sheet 69, page C-6799, the company is the title holder and owner of the Website https://jobs.luckiagaminggroup.com (hereinafter "LUCKIA") "or" Website ").

LUCKIA reserves the right to modify the design, presentation and/or configuration of this Website without prior notice. By Candidate (hereinafter, the "Candidate"), LUCKIA understands the individuals searching for employment with the Luckia Group, either actively or in response to job offer/s made by LUCKIA and who access the owner’s - LUCKIA GAMING GROUP, SA.-  Web Site.

 

Purpose

The Legal Conditions contained herein regulate the access and use, by employees and candidates to the services on the Web Site with the purpose, in the case of employees of managing employment related issues with the Company and in the case of candidates, in the context of their liaison with the Company in staff recruitment and/or selection procedures.

To this end, via the web page https://jobs.luckiagaminggroup.com, LUCKIA aims to provide the Candidate access to job opportunities in LUCKIA or to proactively submit his/her Curriculum Vitae to participate, as may be the case, in different selection procedures.  Similarly, an employee may access the page to browse in his private area of the website the management of employment issues with LUCKIA.

The use of the Website implies full acceptance by the Candidate and the Employee of the provisions included in the Legal Conditions in the version published by LUCKIA as and when the Candidate accesses the Website.

LUCKIA recommends these Conditions are read from time to time.

The use of certain services offered to Candidates and Employees through the Website may be subject to their own specific conditions that, as appropriate, replace, complete and/or modify the Legal Conditions contained herein. Therefore, before using these services, the Candidate must also carefully read and accept any applicable Specific Conditions.

LUCKIA may remove any illegal or allegedly illegal content from the Website without prior notice.

The Candidate acknowledges that technically it may not be possible to achieve 100% Website availability. However, LUCKIA will endeavour to keep the Website availability as consistent as possible. Particularly for maintenance, safety or capacity reasons, as well as on account of events over which LUCKIA has no influence (for example) irregularities in public communication networks, power cuts, etc.), may produce slight irregularities or the provisional suspension of LUCKIA’s services.

 

Obligations

The Candidate undertakes to make diligent use of the Website and any accessible services, in full compliance with the Law, good practice and the Legal Conditions contained herein. LUCKIA conditions the use of most of its services to pre- registration by the Candidate on the Website in accordance with GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (EU) 2016/679.

All information provided by the Candidate must be true. To this effect, the Candidate guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated as a result of completing the necessary forms for subscription services. Likewise, the Candidate guarantees, under his explicit responsibility, that he is over 18 years of age.

Similarly, the Candidate will be responsible for constantly updating all the information provided to LUCKIA so that it always reflects the Candidate’s up-to-date situation. Moreover, the Candidate will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements they make and the damages caused to LUCKIA or third parties for the information provided.

The Candidate undertakes to comply with applicable laws and third-party rights when using the content and services of the Website.

 

Content provided by the candidate

The following content is not permitted:

Whereas they are allegedly unlawful by national, community or international regulations or whereby they carry out activities that are allegedly unlawful or contravene the principles of good faith.

And whereas they generally contravene the principles of legality, honesty, responsibility, protection of human dignity, protection of minors, protection of public order, protection of privacy, consumer protection and intellectual and industrial property rights. Similarly, LUCKIA reserves the right to withdraw, without prior notice from the Website, any content that may be deemed inappropriate in so far as LUCKIA’s characteristics and purposes.

As all the published content is not under LUCKIA’s control, the company cannot assume liability for any such content.

Any candidate who inserts content violating current law should be aware that he/she must assume responsibility for the damages and injuries resulting therefrom.

All exploitation rights are hereby reserved. The Website is governed by Spanish law and is protected by national and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property. Any wording, design, image, audio, database, logo, structure, trademark or other element on this site is protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of LUCKIA and / or third parties who have duly authorized their inclusion on the Website either by sending the registration form or through agreements stipulated with LUCKIA on the assignment of exploitation rights. Any reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, modification, communication to the public, or any other form of exploitation of all or part of the content on this Website, made in any manner or by any means whatsoever, electronic, mechanical or otherwise, is strictly forbidden unless prior written consent is given by LUCKIA or a third party. Any infringement of these rights may lead to extrajudicial or judicial civil or criminal proceedings as applicable.

LUCKIA does not grant any license or right of use of any nature concerning its intellectual and industrial property rights or on any other property or right related to the Portal, the services or content.

The candidate will be solely responsible for the legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights relating to the content provided by him/her; not LUCKIA.
