If the Candidate decides to register on LUCKIA, the necessary data will be requested to accomplish the intentions and purposes for which the Website is destined. The mandatory fields are specified in the form itself, and your refusal to provide this information will entail not being able to register on LUCKIA’s portal.

To register, the candidate must complete a preliminary electronic form with their personal data. Then, the candidate will select the visibility of their profile, as well as if they wish to receive job alerts. They must accept Luckia's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Data Conservation

The Candidate's data will be kept for a period of 10 years from the filing date of the application. When data reaches the end of the retention period, it will be deleted or pseudonymised.

The Candidate guarantees that all the personal information provided to LUCKIA is accurate and up-to-date and that it accurately reflects the current situation of the Candidate. It is the responsibility of the Candidate to maintain his/her data updated at all times, the Candidate being solely responsible for any inaccuracy or incorrectness in the data provided to LUCKIA and the damages that may be caused thereby to LUCKIA or to third parties due to the use of the services offered by LUCKIA.

 

Responsibility for the file and treatment of data

LUCKIA GAMING GROUP, SA., with registered offices in A Coruña, Calle Severo Ochoa, number 3, constituted for an indefinite period, under another company name, by virtue of the deed granted on 20 November 1980 before the Notary of A Coruña, Mr. Francisco Javier Sanz Valdés, under number 2,817 of his protocol. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

These Legal Conditions and the rest of the conditions in the Website will be governed by Spanish law.

For any questions or actions that may arise from the services and content provided by LUCKIA and on the interpretation, application, compliance or breach of the provisions herein, LUCKIA and the Candidate, waiving any other jurisdiction they may be entitled to, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of La Coruña.
